FUNDRAISING CARD MERCHANT AGREEMENT
Dear Merchant,
To fundraise for our organization, we will be selling discount cards to the local community. We would like to offer your business free advertising which will promote customers to your business! At the same time, you will help support the Valley Road School in Stanhope, NJ - we really appreciate it! Please fill out the below form and click the submit button. If you have any questions, please email hsa@stanhopeschools.org.
The following stipulations will be printed on all cards:
MUST PRESENT CARD AT TIME OF PURCHASE * EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE NOT VALID WITH ANY OTHER OFFERS, COUPONS OR SPECIALS * LIMIT ONE OFFER PER CARD PER PERSON PER DAY * NOT TRANSFERABLE * OFFER SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE * ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY
By clicking the submit button, you are electronically signing this document and granting the Valley Road School HSA full permission to put your organization’s logo on the card.
